How we work
Where we join you
Brief, Assess, Decide, Deliver: the stages every airport technology decision moves through, whether you are buying a system or selling one. Going Systems joins at whichever stage you are at, and stays as long as the work needs.
- Step 1
Brief
Where you are
You have a question, and it needs framing before anyone acts on it.
What happens
We write down the goal, the constraints, who decides and what success looks like, and agree it with you.
You receive
A short written brief that frames the work, whoever does it.
- Step 2
Assess
Where you are
You need the options, costs and risks laid out.
What happens
We review the as-is, whether that is systems, contracts, vendors or a market, lay out the to-be options, and map the path between them.
You receive
An assessment with options, costs, risks and a recommendation.
- Step 3
Decide
Where you are
You are choosing: business case, requirements, RFP, evaluation, bid.
What happens
We support you through the decision itself: business case, requirements, RFP, evaluation and negotiation.
You receive
Decision documents you own and can defend internally.
- Step 4
Deliver
Where you are
You are implementing, and it has to work on the day of go-live, and for many years after.
What happens
We direct the programme through vendor management, localisation and readiness to go-live, and into operation.
You receive
A system in service, built to still be running years after go-live.
A market entry plan lives in Brief and Assess. A bid review is Decide. A cutover is Deliver. A resident expert can sit with you through all four.
Once you know where in that process we join, the next question is how the engagement itself gets shaped. See How we get going for that.
