Privacy notice

Going Systems Pte Ltd (UEN 202642679K) operates goingsystems.com. This notice explains what information the site collects and what we do with it.

When you send a message, we receive the details you provide: name, organisation, email address and what you write. We use them to reply to you and to prepare for the conversation you asked for. We do not sell or share them with third parties for their own use.

The site uses analytics to understand which pages are read and which links are used. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you.

If you download a document from the site, we ask for an email address so we can send it and, occasionally, tell you about related field notes. You can ask us to stop at any time.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in conversation with you and for two years afterwards, then delete them. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form only.
